The iPhone OS 2.0 was officialy launched today together with the availability of iTunes 7.7. I am tempted to try it out but I may hang back until someone, perhaps Zibri or until the iPhone Dev Team release their unlocked version of the iPhone OS 2.0. That was really fast considering that they took a few months after the release of the original iPhone before the first unlocked version came out.
One of the apps that caught my eye is the Remote which allows you control your iTunes playback from your iPhone/iPod Touch, isn’t that the coolest!
Lifehacker has a guide on how to set it up, but I’ll wait until I actually have it in my iPod Touch before I show anything here….
