Geekboy introduced me to a website about 2 years ago, www.runningahead.com, which helps you track your workouts such as runs, biking, swims, weights and other events. It also has a calendar for chronicling your workouts, graphs. One great resource I particularly like is that you can use Google Maps for mapping out and measuring running and cycling routes, one can even seek out routes that have been created by other users in your area. I personally feel that its a great way to keep yourself motivated! One more thing, you can even publish your workout stats on your blog or website, which I have shown below:
